Acceptable Use Policy

The Cyber Attorneys is a practice studio and brand of Et Omnia Law LLC. It is not a separate company. What follows is the firm's policy, and it applies the same whether you interact with us as Et Omnia Law, through this brand, or through any other brand of the firm. The canonical version lives at etomnialaw.com/acceptable-use; when the firm updates it, every brand's copy is updated with it.

The short version: use the Site the way an honest person would. Do not break it, do not scrape it, and do not pretend Eto is your lawyer.

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and governs use of thecyberattorneys.com and the firm's related websites (the "Site"), including Eto, the automated guide on etomnialaw.com.

1. Use the Site lawfully

Do not use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, or further any fraud or other unlawful scheme.

2. Do not interfere

Do not probe, scan, or test the Site's security, attempt to get around it, disrupt the Site's operation, place an unreasonable load on it, or introduce malicious code of any kind.

3. Do not scrape

Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site's content or data, by hand or by bot. Two clarifications: public search engines and AI assistants may index the Site consistent with our robots.txt, because we want to be found; and no one may use the Site's content to train, develop, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.

4. Use Eto honestly

Eto exists to explain the firm and point you to the right studio. Do not try to manipulate it into saying things outside its approved content, do not present its words as legal advice or as an attorney's statements to you, and do not use it to mislead anyone. Eto is software: it cannot advise you, and chatting with it does not make you a client.

5. Do not impersonate

Do not impersonate anyone, claim an affiliation with our firm that you do not have, or use our content or marks to suggest we endorse you.

6. Enforcement

We may block, limit, or suspend access for violations of this policy, and we may pursue any remedy available under the Terms or the law.

7. Reporting
