Terms & Conditions
Effective July 15, 2026
The Cyber Attorneys is a practice studio and brand of Et Omnia Law LLC. It is not a separate company. What follows is the firm's policy, and it applies the same whether you interact with us as Et Omnia Law, through this brand, or through any other brand of the firm. The canonical version lives at etomnialaw.com/terms; when the firm updates it, every brand's copy is updated with it.
The short version: this site is information about our firm, not legal advice. Talking to Eto or emailing us does not make us your attorneys; only a signed engagement agreement does. Use the site honestly, and New Jersey law governs.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thecyberattorneys.com and the firm's related websites (the "Site"), operated by Et Omnia Law LLC ("Et Omnia," "we," or "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
1. The Site is information, not advice
Everything on the Site, including everything Eto says, is general information about our firm. None of it is legal or tax advice, and none of it substitutes for advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Do not act, or hold off acting, because of something you read here.
2. You are not our client yet
Using the Site, chatting with Eto, or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Only a written engagement agreement signed by the firm does that. Until then, what you send us may not be confidential and may not be privileged, so keep early communications general. When you are our client, your engagement agreement, not these Terms, governs the representation.
3. Attorney advertising
This website may be considered attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome; every matter turns on its own facts.
4. Eto
Eto is software, not an attorney. It speaks only from content our firm has written and approved, it cannot evaluate your matter, and it does not give legal advice. When Eto does not know an answer, it says so and points you to a human. We may change or retire Eto at any time.
5. Our professional obligations
Our attorneys are licensed in New Jersey and New York and practice under the rules of professional conduct of the jurisdictions where they work. We take engagements only where we can act competently and without conflict, and we may decline any matter.
6. Using the Site
Use of the Site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. The heart of it: use the Site lawfully, do not interfere with it, do not scrape it, and do not misuse Eto.
7. Our content
The Site, its content, its design, and our marks belong to Et Omnia or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or make derivative works from it, and you may not use any of it to train, develop, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.
8. Other websites
Links to other sites, including our studios' sites, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Et Omnia and its members, attorneys, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site, and our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This limit applies to the Site only; legal services provided under a signed engagement agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this section.
11. Indemnification
If your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site causes a claim against Et Omnia, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses and reasonable attorneys' fees.
12. New Jersey law and courts
These Terms are governed by New Jersey law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Two things this section never touches: disputes about legal services under a signed engagement agreement, which that agreement governs, and any non-waivable right, including fee arbitration under New Jersey Court Rule 1:20A.
13. Housekeeping
We may update these Terms; the date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If part of these Terms proves unenforceable, the rest stands. These Terms are the entire agreement about the Site and do not modify any engagement agreement. Notices delivered electronically count as being in writing.
